What am I missing?
So far I've just been writing brief bits about each location I've been and the getting there. I've been taking pictures that grab me personally and that I'm happy with.
But... There is much more to this experience, I take more notes than I write about and should take more pictures of the little things than I do.
So I put it to you, the few people that are keeping up with me as stumble like a drunken sailor across the world: "What am I missing?"
What would you like to see or read more of? I've received requests for more video and more pictures of the hostels I'm staying at and the foods of the different countries, but what else? I make no promises but please share your thoughts and wishes. After three months on the road there are likely things that I take for granted or am numb to that you might be interested in. Let me know, in whatever media you wish (audio/video/photo/written), and I'll see what I can do.
Thanks for following along! I'm three countries behind right now Serbia, Bosnia, Bulgaria and I'm off to Turkey tomorrow. I'll try and do some catching up tonight.

How about a video blog?
Give us a 5-10 minute video of you talking about your visit to such-and-such place, and what your impressions are. Don't over think it though, make sure you shoot it off the cuff and raw.
Also, talk about little things that are really different that suprise you. When I moved to Nevada from Oregon I was amazed that the tallest buildings in town weren't offices, but rather casinos.
Yeah..the food...and more photos of the people of the different countries...I've seen you before. And pictures of those hot naked chicks that are at all the hostels and want to have crazy sex with you prior to you being tricked in to some weird human hunting underground murder thing. I saw it in a movie. It must be true.
audio/video/photo/written? Whatever you got. I support all of those.

I think it would be really neat to see you take a video of yourself as you leave your train/car arriving at your destination to catch first glimpse of you taking in the sites/scents as you first experience them, just talk of your expectations before you got off the train what you are hoping to experience and anything that catches you off guard. Then possible a follow up of you arriving at the train platform signing off until your next destination or adventure on the train. Can be simple
