Boat day

I've called the cab to take me to "Port Wondo", it should be here in a few minutes. I'm packed and have expanded my spare duffel to hold provisions for the voyage, Cliff Bars, Peanut Butter Crackers, Liter of Grey Goose, you know, the essentials.

I thought about it last night, and I've been on the road for 51 days as of today and part of me feels like when I get on that ship is when it really starts

Thanks for everyone's calls of support last night, they meant a lot.

When I took this picture, I was thinking how much I would miss your voice and miss the time we spent together getting you here to start your adventure. I was also thinking about the guy in the back ground and wishing he'd slow down so I could get him in the shot too. It was amazing that we were just talking about this sport not a few minutes before and right out of the blue... Go figure. Love Ya... Like I said before I left for home. Use the brains your mother gave you and be safe.

Wow! Where do I start? I work for a company in Atlanta, GA that your dad buys parts from. In conversation he told me about driving to Savannah with you which turned out to be Charleston, SC and your around the world adventure. I went back to the beginning of link to get history of your travels and plans. This sounds like the amazing race without the race and I am intrigued and mesmerized and look forward to your posts and pictures as you travel the world. My only advice is to be cautious and return safely to your loved ones and to seize every moment of God's handiwork because there is no promise of tomorrow.
